Order Processing Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- Domestic orders: 3–5 business days processing time
- International orders: 5–7 business days processing time
Shipping Address All online orders must have identical billing and shipping addresses. Orders with mismatched addresses will not be processed. This policy is in place to protect against fraud.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Changes Address modifications may only be made within a few hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
Duties & Taxes Diana Krasniqi will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, or import fees. All applicable customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Worldwide Shipping We ship worldwide. Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single shipment.
