No Refunds Diana Krasniqi does not offer refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• The item received has a manufacturing defect or damage
• The item received does not match the size ordered

Exchanges are accepted only for the identical model originally purchased. To request an exchange, contact us at info@dianakrasniqi.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

Duties & Taxes Diana Krasniqi will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related charges beyond shipping costs. Customers are solely responsible for all applicable duties and import fees. We do not reimburse duty-related costs or return shipping expenses.

Made-to-Order Items Made-to-order items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
